2. Service Description
Conexão Búzios connects travelers with local experiences in Búzios, including tours, transfers, lodging, and packages.
We act as a tourism concierge, arranging bookings and providing customer support. Services are delivered by partner providers; we do not operate our own transfer fleet. Each participant’s responsibilities follow the booking agreement and applicable law.
3. Registration and Account
You can start a booking without being signed in to an account. Provide accurate, up-to-date booking details and, when using an account, registration details.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities under your account.
4. Reservations and Payments
- Availability is checked before confirmation. Once the service is confirmed, the commitment is to meet the agreed conditions.
- Prices may vary by season and demand.
- The platform may receive and process booking payments; in some operations, payment is made directly to the provider. Follow the options and instructions given when booking.
- After confirmation, you will receive a digital voucher.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and rebookings follow the conditions disclosed before purchase, the platform policy and the service-specific rules, subject to statutory rights.

6. Responsibilities
Customer: Arrive at the scheduled place and time, present required documents, and follow partner safety instructions.
Platform: Facilitate booking, process payments securely, and provide customer support.
7. Intellectual Property
Texts, images, trademarks, and platform design belong to Conexão Búzios and/or its partners and are legally protected.
