Conexão Búzios acts as an intermediary between you and local service providers (tours, transfers, lodging). Therefore, payments are forwarded directly to the partner service providers.

We work with transparency: your money goes directly to those who provide the service.

Rebooking Option

Instead of cancellation, we offer the possibility to rebook your experience for another date, without losing the amount paid:

✓Rebooking requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance
✓The new date is subject to service provider availability
✓You can rebook up to 2 times at no additional cost

2. Why Don't We Offer Refunds?

Unlike large platforms that retain payments, Conexão Búzios forwards payments directly to local providers as soon as the booking is confirmed. This ensures that local partners have financial security to offer quality service.

Tours and experiences are naturally subject to weather conditions. Here's how it works:

•Light rain or cloudy weather does NOT guarantee automatic rebooking
•In cases of severe weather, the provider may rebook the experience
•Weather-related cancellation decisions are evaluated case by case by the provider

3. Exceptional Cases

We evaluate refund requests only in proven force majeure situations:

•Medical emergencies with certificate
•Flight cancellation documented by the airline
•Force majeure events that make travel impossible

4. Your Rights
